Mysore Yoga Teacher Training Course

Welcome to Bharatha Yoga Shala, a safe space for traditional yoga education, healing movement, and inner transformation. Led by Acharya Bharat Shetty, one of India’s most respected yoga teachers, Bharatha Yoga offers both internationally accredited Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTC) in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, and a range of daily Mysore-style yoga classes and progressive programs for practitioners of all levels. At Bharatha Yoga, we are firmly rooted in tradition while evolving with the needs of the present. Our approach is not about flexibility or advanced postures — it’s about cultivating awareness, creating strength without strain, and integrating breath, body, and mind in a way that fosters healing, balance, and inner clarity. Each session is a pain-free, intentional, and mindful practice, tailored to support the individual.

In addition to our Yoga Alliance–certified TTCs, we offer structured daily classes and long-term programs like Kramatvam, Laghutvam, and Arogyam. These programs include the depth of traditional yoga — from asana, pranayama, and meditation, to bandha, mudra, and mantra chanting — while adapting to the personal health, lifestyle, and goals of each student. Whether you’re looking for yoga for health and wellbeing, a way to deepen your sadhana, or to become a certified yoga teacher, there’s a path for you here.
